They don’t quite match the original mugs that I have, they are slightly slimmer and more delicate, especially the handle… I much prefer the older style… shame they face changed.

I have bought this mug for many years due to its shape and it keeps the drinks hot too, the only flaw i have had is that sometimes the mug handle will start to come away from the mug, as I have seen this on previous reviews I’m hoping M&S have sorted this problem out with their supplier, so I’m hoping with my latest order, the issue will have been resolved.
