Lovely design, unfortunately poor quality. Cracked while I was pouring hot tea in, after only few uses. Same thing happened to the teapot. Luckily I was able to get a refund.

This mug is not FINE bone china as stated in the description. It is thicker than I expect of bone china. In addition the internal glazing is not of very good quality. Disappointed with this purchase.

Very smart mugs at a great price. The china is fine rather than bone I think but for me it still feels like premium tea and coffee drinking experience and I am very happy to serve these to guests. I’d love to see the pink ones come back into stock.,it says hand wash but you can put them in the dishwasher sometimes and they are absolutely fine. There is a gold rim and I think this is what is being protected by hand washing. But so far still look brand new.
